1. Wash Carefully
Washing your hands is crucial for hygiene, but overdoing it with antibacterial soaps can actually harm your skin. Most of these soaps contain fragrances and harsh ingredients that strip away natural oils, leaving your skin dry and cracked. Instead, choose a fragrance-free moisturizing soap with ingredients like aloe vera, shea butter, or olive oil. Always use lukewarm water—not hot—for washing, as hot water can dry out your skin even more.

2. Be Kind to Your Feet
Make sure to wear comfortable, well-fitting shoes that match your activities. Proper footwear can prevent foot pain and injuries. When you get the chance, give your feet a massage to help ease discomfort and reduce inflammation.

3. Check Your Nails Regularly
Keep an eye on your nails. Tiny white spots (leukonychia) are usually nothing to worry about and might just be the result of minor injuries like nail-biting. However, dark-colored spots—such as brown, black, or purple—could signal something more serious, like a severe injury or even melanoma, a type of skin cancer. If you regularly wear nail polish, take breaks between manicures or pedicures to examine your nails and ensure they’re healthy.

4. Soak Your Feet
Soaking your feet in lukewarm water is not only relaxing but also incredibly beneficial to your skin and circulation.
